This site was very helpful years ago when I first started lifting...about 2003. I initially lost about 30 pounds of fat and put back on about 25 lbs of muscle. It didn't happen over night, took me a while and lots of disciple to eat right and lift consistently to get there.
Recently got back into working out after kids and a 3 year hiatus!!
Goals and motivation
4/11/18 - I currently weigh about 187, I'm okay with my weight but I would like to transform as much of the fat I can into muscle.
Motivation is my 4 young kids and staying as healthy as I can as they grow up!!
