I currently am 132 lbs at 5'6 and I would love to lose 10 lbs. by the middle of August (before I have to head back to school). This weight is being stubborn and doesn't seem to want to come off! Does anyone have anny suggestions or tips on how I can get rid of these last 10 lbs in about a month? I work 5-7 days a week and try to eat fairly clean. Any nutrition or fitness advice would be very appreciated!
You need to chock the body; do HIIT, cycle your carbs, eat more good fat or cut down cardio and do more weight training....... (do a search and you'll find all the needed info).
