i need to do some workouts to help my lower part of my chest grow. The upper part of my chest is great, but when you look at my chest it looks small because i basically am lacking the bottom part of my chest. Any workout suggestions that should help suit me up?

dips, or decline bench or dumbell press. you can also do bent forward cable crossovers to target the middle/lower pec

Bropie is right on again, but I would go with the heavy, compound stuff. Decline benches and heavy weighted dips. You may throw in some weighted pullovers, these are excellent at expanding the chest cavity.

alright thanks ill do the dumbbell presses and decline bench since i dont have a dip bar or nothin. just an old bench and dumbbells and a barbell
