I have read bb1 stated that doing cardio before breakfast is not good since it will burn lean tissue not fat. But i have also read on my fitness plan this paragraph
Cardiovascular Activity - Are you trying to lose fat? Shape and tone up? Then make sure you fit cardio into your schedule! Cardiovascular exercise helps to speed up your metabolism which in turn will allow you to burn more calories. Therefore, if you are trying to burn fat, it is perfect in combination with a proper diet and weight training program. A 30-45 minute cardio session 3 times per week will provide you with the metabolism boost that your body is looking for. Cardiovascular activity is most effective when performed immediately after a workout or early in the morning before your breakfast. For those trying to put on lean muscle mass, leave cardio off your schedules; save your calories for muscle growth! Calculate your daily caloric needs at your NUTRITION PROGRAM.
See that line?

Not confusing....depends on who you read. There was this theory at one time that because fatty acids are high in the morning prior to eating, that you would burn more fat. Fact is, fatty acids cannot be mobilized quickly enough to be useable with intense cardio. Light medium intensity cardio may be fine, but even then you are chancing it especially so if you are lean. If you have plenty of fat, then it probably makes little difference, as weight loss is all you are after.

Ah ok thanks b1b1....
I have been doing jogging 20 minutes for 16 days on empty stomach and seeing very minimal result on my tummy.. I guess that answers m questions..
Like eat something first before weight training then cardio..
Ill stick into this idea.. Thanks again!!

Research shows over and over that 'fuel' before a workout does nothing to impede fat burning. If intense cardio is done in this manner, what fuel do you think your body will recruit for its needs? You have very little if any control over what substrate your body utilizes as is. It is what you do BETWEEN these workouts that determine your results. Just as you do not gain muscle in the gym, the same holds for the most part true about losing fat. What you do is a catalyst to help allow you to lose.
