I have lost 70lb in nine months since joining freetrainers. So I would just like to say thanks to the board owners for the ensentive to do it. I am pretty well up on nutrition and have known for some time how to lose the weight and stick on a bit of muscle but I never realy had the inspiration to put it into practice untill I joined Freetrainers and got to share other peoples experiances. The tips I have picked up and advise have been a grait help and I have enjoyed seeing others reaching there goals along with myself. So to whome it concernes.............
