Hey im 20 yrs old and 5'10" and weigh 230..I want to weigh 190 but still look good with muscle definition. I just started working out this week...what is the best routine for me. Should i run on the treadmill everyday? and what kind of weight lifting program should i get on? I really want to lose this weight to look good but most importantly to be healthy? Also, what kind of foods should i stay away from? And should i eat regular meals still? Thanks for any advice you'll have for me...

Hi Navarette...I suggest you go through the stickies in ALL the forums and get some more specific questions together.You're questions are fine...but doing some of the leg work on figureing this stuff out for yourself will help you more in the long run...we never appreciate things that are given to us...only the things we work for.All of the questions you have asked are answered in the stickies..take a read...have some fun...and welcome to FT.
