whats up yall im 22 5'6 195 i have to lose some weight
i would like to get to 160. im not all fat, i have been workin out on and off since i was 15. but i have a big ol
gut <in my opinion>. my ??? is how many calories should i be taking in? ive been on a diet for 1 week now and im eating well, lots of protein and minimum carbs. i been taking in id say 1300 to 1500 cals a day lifting 4 days a 7 day week and running 3 to 4 times a week how am i doing?

Don't make the mistake of cutting carbs just because it is the "fad". We as athletes need our carbs. Cut your calories more as a whole about 200-250 per day for weight loss till it stops. Then adjust again. 1300 to 1500 may be too low. Where did you start from? Please fill in your profile, will help us to help you better. For instance, it is just a guess you are male?
