I used to be a highjumper and basketball player. I'm 6'2" and could nearly hit my head on the rim. I found that I could jump my best when at my overall strongest. I always recomend full body weight training to guys looking to fly. Don't just focus on legs. Chest, back, shoulders and of course abs are are critical to leaping ability. May sound crazy, but I've been there and it's true.
