I'm on my third week of my workout right now, and I am seeing GREAT results in my arms and some in my legs- but I would love to get a nice tight stomach, and firm thighs (and I would KILL to get rid of the love handles). Now, currently I'm working out once every two days, about 1-3 hours a day (depending on if I go to rugby). Now, if I integrate a morning jog of about 30 minutes to an hour with that, will it help reduce my stomach fat/love handles?

It will certainly add to your caloric deficit, if you don't increase caloric consumption. However, is it worth the effort? Probably not. Jogging, is really no more than a bit faster walking than normal. Have you ever noticed a jogger out there? They rarely are moving any faster than someone walking at a decent pace, and adding impact to the knees at the same time.

What will do better is look at your diet and improve that.
