chewing big wads of gum would make jaw muscles bigger I guess.........but these muscles I on't think are designed to get bigger much bigger that is. If not as much chewing as I do I'd have the 400lbs bench press of the jaw world lol.

Military crawl? Like under barbed wire type of crawl? I would think you use your arms, abs, legs, everything, crawling is harder than it looks.
I don't think you can make your bottom jaw bigger. Your jawline can change from anabolic steroid use or you can get a chin implant, but I have never heard of jaw exercises.

Military crawl is a full body work out lol, if your not military (and I am sure some of the Marines and Army guys on the site can go a bit deeper in this) here is how you do it:
no portion of your body should be more than 6 inches above the ground, you will in a way push the dirt in front of you out of the way with the top of your helmet or head, your face will be in the dirt (keep your head down) you use your body like a jack-knife. Bring your knee up to your elbow, that will bring your other elbow up, and then bring your other knee up. Keep your Butt down!!! (want to know how many times I herd that in boot camp?... well they did not say butt and it was followed by many more obsenities and threats of death)
My guess would be that you could bring your head up, since you do not have to worry about getting shot, or yelled at, and accomplish the same workout, AWSOME leg, ab, and lower back workout.. though at the time.. I hated it.
