Hi everyone! Just wanted to touch bases & say that I'm finally doing it the "right way" & I am starting to see results! I began my exercise program almost 4 weeks ago & all my clothes are a little looser & I feel great! I don't go hungry like I did before when I would just diet. Now, I eat whenever I get hungry. I do an hour of cardio on my stair stepper everyday, & I've begun a jogging regimen at 6:00am, Monday-Friday. ( I can only jog about a mile right now, but I know I'll build that up with time). My husband says he can see the change as well. (He's very honest, so I know I can rely on him to tell me the truth, not what I want to hear). I have much more energy & I just feel healthier overall. I can't wait to see my results 6 months from now!
