I am amazed how often I fall into the mentality of wanting to lose all the weight, lower my B/f, and grow enormous muscles within a few weeks. I see so many newbies here (and still consider myself one) wanting the samething. I guess my point is that it took me years of eating poorly and considering work as my excersize to get my body to where it was and now I expect to look like a Greek God in a few weeks? I have made good strides in the last 6 months but still have a long way to go.
Remember it just takes time to change your habits and your body! Just my 2 cents sorry for the ranting.
