Hi,

I just started my 8 week Weight Loss & Definition Training program. (working out 3 times a week). My concern is, the program only has me working a certain muscle group one time a week.(For example, Monday is the only day I work on my biceps). Don't I need to work each muscle group at least twice a week in order to be effective?

Also, for those of you who completed this program, did you see results?

Cher, who said more is better? Actually, you need not work the same muscle twice per week if the intensity was high during the first workout. Remember, muscle grows when you rest and not while you work out.

As far as results, I saw them after the my first program. Good luck!

The only muscle groups I work twice in one week is calves and abs. Every other muscle groups I only work once a week and don't worry, if you put out, you will see results...trust us on this.

Yes it's a good beginner program. Don't worry you'll get results.
