Or is this overdoing it?

Day 1: Chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back
Day 2: Legs, abs
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Repeat 1
Day 5: Repeat 2
Day 6: Repeat 3
Day 7: Rest

I don't want to over do it, but the workout suggested by this site would leave me in the gym for about 20 minutes a day.

is 20 minutes too much or too short? the site suggests(or gives) you a workout made specificaly for YOU, i would use what the site gives you, and i think you would need more a rest in the week than that, and the first day seems like a lot, thats basically your whole upper body on day 1 and then you will do it again on day 4, i would use the sites program

Um doing day one will not work you will be in the gym for hours. A better split is 1. chest/bi 2. back/tri .3shoulders here you could add legs but I like a day by themselves for legs. And giev it a rest twice a week workouts where you do each group 2 times is ok for a while but a once a week stlye is better.

I do a similar routine and it has worked well for me. I had to move back to Day 2 and that left me with about a 30-40 minute workout. Definitely take extra days off every 3-4 weeks or so since you are working out body parts 2x a week.

Thank you for the input. I just think that the workout this site suggests is too little because it is about 1/3 as big as the workout I currently do. Perhaps I can locate a middle ground that will find me not overworking myself, but will still leave me feeling like I have been at the gym for long enough to have justified the drive over there.

Thank you again.
