a little advise needed..... this is what i want to do and was wondering if it is a good idea. i'm starting an HIIT (3 times a week) program sunday along with a weight trainging regiment(mostly for toning and some mass). nothing extreme right now. i'm planning on a mrp for breakfast about 1 hour after HIIT. for lunches, fish or grilled chicken breast on white bread and probably the same with veggies for dinner. i will probably drink another mrp or a bar through out the day. my day consist of HIIT in morning and sitting at a computer all day with little movement for 9 hours, weight training for an hour or so in the evening. does this diet seem ok or do you see anything i can change around or do different. sorry for the long post.

Drop the white bread add brown rice or more fresh veges and I would keep the MRP to a min....
-------------- IF YOU CAN STILL ITCH YOUR NOSE AFTER ARM DAY, GO DO ANOTHER SET!!!

Like 7707mutt said, drop the white bread. If you have to have bread, make sure it is 100% whole wheat and has at least 2 grams of fiber per slice.
