a little advise needed.....
this is what i want to do and was wondering if it is a good idea. i'm starting an HIIT (3 times a week) program sunday along with a weight trainging regiment(mostly for toning and some mass). nothing extreme right now. i'm planning on a mrp for breakfast about 1 hour after HIIT. for lunches, fish or grilled chicken breast on white bread and probably the same with veggies for dinner. i will probably drink another mrp or a bar through out the day. my day consist of HIIT in morning and sitting at a computer all day with little movement for 9 hours, weight training for an hour or so in the evening. does this diet seem ok or do you see anything i can change around or do different. sorry for the long post.

Like 7707mutt said, drop the white bread. If you have to have bread, make sure it is 100% whole wheat and has at least 2 grams of fiber per slice.
