I've worked out on off over the years...this year I'm really getting serious about getting into shape...I'm slightly over weight...just need to tone up and I would like to lose about 20 lbs. This is what I'm doing now. I start out doing the Tread mill..speed 3.7 for about 25 minutes.. .75 to 1 mile, then I do the epliglide at level 4 for 4/10 of mile or 20 minutes..bicycle for 2.5 miles at level 5...then I do the back mach. at level 9 for 50 reps. I then use the big ball to do 75 to 100 sit-ups...then do the 2 lbs balls for stretching side to side etc. for 40 reps. After a month I'm starting to see good results and have lost about 7lbs. Does this sound like a good work?
