Is there anything wrong with this shake?

I am new to the protien shake thing. This is what I have been doing and it is very good. Is it Helping, Hurting, or doing nothing for me?

Recipe:
1 Banana
3 Strawbery
1 Cup Non Fat Milk
1 Scoop Whey Protien
1 Ts Creatine Powder
2 Sweet and Low

Administered after work out

what are your goals?

If this fits into your caloric needs, it is a fine shake for gaining or maintaining weight.

Banans are a good source of potassium, strawberrioes are great anti-oxidnats, you have two different kinds of protein...the only questionable thing is the sweet n' low - but I use splenda like it is going out of style (I will probably grow a second head in my 60's.:big_smile:)...

I would take my creatine separately, but that's just me.
