Is this workout schedule they generated for me just totally random or is it supposed to be legit? First off I did the abs 12 week program and at least for my first week there is not one ab excercise. Second they have chest and legs on the same day and only once a week while they expect me to train bis and tris two times a week.

I thought bis and tris only need to be hit once a week because almost every other excercise you do hits those muscles a little bit. . . .

I want a serious work out to follow and it seems this is bogus. any feed back?

Have you tried it for the full program of 12 weeks?

Many people have had success with the plans here - what did you put in as your experience level and goals?

Which workout program? There is no "toning up" program.

Sorry I meant which ever one is not gaining wait but losing weight. I tried all of them though. I experimented to see which one would be one I liked.

I sign up for the 12 weeks ab workout for everyone but I have yet to see one single ab workout.

I mean its no big deal I've been following my own workout for somewhile now I just think its cool how you can imput things into the system and so I was gonna try to follow one for 12 weeks.

The reason I asked is that some workouts don't allow for the ab workout to be included. If you do the mass work out for example the ab work out can't be added.

Go to any day on your work out plan and scroll all the way down to the bottom and see if the ab workout is there, It's way down at the bottom and most people miss it.

Magic26: I'm new here too and I had the same concern. Turns out, the 12 week ab program is listed way at the bottom of the page when you're looking at your fitness plan. I missed it too. FT needs to make it stand out more. :surprised:
