I am about 5'6", now am 121 lbs (went up 1 or 2 since last week), and I want to be about 160, solid muscle, less than 10% body fat which is around where I am at now... my upper body bone structure is very large, ribcage etc, and I have some shoulders and chest and arm muscles to begin with, but I don't see the gains coming that fast, am I doomed to not be big or what ? :surprised:(

its totally possible.. i was 130 lbs last summer, and within 4 months, i put on a solid 35 lbs more. it just takes time, persistence, and determination. keep a good diet, sound exercise regimen, and lots of rest, and it will come.
