Im a 25 male have been working out since last 4 years..my poundages have just not been increasing in recent times and don't think that it would anymore.I have tried everything i.e change in exercise,diet,reps,sets, etc..So i was thinking now if i lift the same weight everyday will my body grow or not??If not should i give up lifting weights??

what is your typical lifting schedule? what do you do for your workouts(please be specific)? how is your nutrition? how is your sleeping schedule? drink alcohol?

a lot of the time it's not what you do in the gym that makes the difference...it's what you do outside of it....

I would be willing to bet I could find your problem just by reading the title of your post...
A lot of people just aren't pushing themselves hard enough...
"yea, but I train for 2 hours straight, 5 times a day"
just to get this out of the way, thats not hard, thats stupid.

I am yet to find someone that I couldn't push through a plateau (except of course, myself). While I will agree that outside the gym is important to, I would direct you to the plateaus thread in one of these forums. It is a sticky, it will not be hard to find.

Also, answer menace's questions.
