I started working out consistently 3 months ago. So far I see results, but not where I want. I am 5'6 1/2 and a size 16, trying to reach size 6 or 8. I workout 5-6 days a week... 3 miles on the tredmill, 20 min/1.5 miles spinning... and about 30 mintues weight/strenghthing training usually leg press (200 lbs+ ..is that too much? It's comfortable for me..) with 3-5 minutes stretching in between. I would like to have a slimmer, flatter, tummy (don't we all =) )but so far no luck. The only body part that looks FAB! is my thighs! It thought the cardio would help me obtain a nice firm abs. The funny thing is I can visually see my 6-pack but it's not as defined as I want. I eat a low-carb diet with plenty of protein. I was wondering is fasting ok, while doing a fitness plan? And what other excer. or tips would you all have for me?
