I know the progrmas offered here on FT have been discussed many times on here. My question is about the 12 mass gaining program, I'm in week 4 and although it takes me about an hour and i'm pretty beat afterwards but it just doesn't seem like there are enough exercises for some muscle groups, only 2 for bi's tri's and back and 3 for chest. I'm just concerned that i'm not doing enough i'm hoping that it will add more exercieses after the fourth week. I just don't want to be wasting my time in the gym.

Justin your dedication to training is obvious and inspiring but buddy you worry too much. If you think you need to add to the routine on certain days, do it. I tend to look at the guys who designed these programs and be guided accordingly. They appear to be in pretty good shape.
If you do the 12 weeks as prescribed, you'll know the results. You for sure are into the lifestyle and will be doing it for a long time. So there isn't a downside huh? Do the 12 weeks then do your cut. Then try it again augmenting it as you see fit. Then you'll know more about what works for you.
You know proper workout, rest and diet make it all go. I've seen others here tell you change is also key. You got it down man. Relax and lift.

word... i don't mean to be dissing you, justin, but after reading some of your posts for the last couple of weeks, i couldn't help it but notice you over worrying about things... i don't beam to be judging you or anything, since i'm not in your shoes, but i just think you should take it easy... the one thing i've learned about this sport is that time is everything... it'll take time for the results to start showing... success in this sport is slow and hopefully steady as well, but slow nontheless...
i'm probably just repeating what charlie said, but i just wanted to give you my own words of support and motivation... it'll take you another 8 weeks before you see the ultimate results from your current cycle, but i'm sure you will see great results then... just don't stress yourself so much...
you're a cool cat, and i hope you the best in life...
holla back!

Thanks for the advice and sorry for being a bit of bother here on the boards, i'll take it down a couple notches

Whoa there Justine. Re-read what I and my upside down buddy said. I suggested you stop worrying, not posting and asking questions. If you inspire a geezer like me you certainly have the same effect on others. You ask a ton of good questions and we all learn from it. Your pictures indicate a great deal of success in your training. I read what you post as do a lot of people here who take training seriously.
Keep training, keep asking and learning. Just enjoy the ride a little more.
Pimple the "cool cat" thing sounds like my generation. Makes me feel hopeful about yours.

Justin... sometimes I add extra if I feel I can do it, but looking at your photos, I'm pretty sure you're doing okay...
Like Charlie and pimple suggest, don't over think it too much...
