hi

i am following the freetrainers workout and going to the gym three times a week. Each session i train two or three bodyparts with two exercises for four sets. This means that each bodypart is trained once a week. Is it enough?

Are you gaining the way you want from it? Is it working for you? If so, then stick with it. Your goals are very important, and according to your profile, you want to gain muscle weight. You don't mention your experience level, so some things are still a little gray to give a more definitive answer. But let your body answer your question.

Thanks for the reply...i have been training since last june and my goals were to lose my belly and to gain muscle. i am on the skinny side of things.

I succeeded in losing weight and from 71 kilos went to 61 kilos which got rid of the belly but i am finding it hard to gain weight(some muscle) although it might be a bit too early to pass a judgement. i'll stick to the program for the 8 weeks and then decide.
