Just curious because I was hurry to go somewhere and threw me a pita together with virginia baked him (sliced thin) with lettuce and tomato and some swiss cheese. Is this ok or should I stray away? Also what about tato skins? (half of the potato cut and cheese and bacon bits cooked inside the potato?

Depends on your goals. I usually stay away from bacon (it's just pork fat) but I do have it maybe once in a few months...

"thin sliced, thick sliced", it does not matter. Is what matters is how much of it you eat.
Its like anything else: moderation is the key.
There is no bad food.

It was bacon bits not real bacon by the way and I only put a small bit on them. Im wanting to build muscle mass I dont eat it very often.

Intruder-I only had 2 pieces total one on each side of the pita slice.

No diet in particular just cut out all of the junk foods eating more vegetables and fruits along with mainly white meats and when I eat red meat is is usually 92/8 or higher. Just trying to cut back all bad foods and get the best gains I can out of my workout.

Take a look here:
http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Diet1.jsp

Or on the nutrition information of some pre-packaged ham at the store. If you're looking for mass, you'll probably want to give yourself high protien with medium calories and carbs and low fat. Of course, that depends on how much energy you're expending and on your metabolism.

Maybe have a look at the FT suggestions for a mass-building diet after filling in your personal details?

In the sandwhich meat category, I've tried to stick with turkey and chicken--preferably with as little added salt as possible.
