Im 21 years old and I am Italian/Jamaican.I am 5'11 145lbs.
Recently I just went to an agency and they liked me and all but said that I had to much of a butt.My hips right now are 39 inches and I need to be a 36 1/2 as fast and soon as possible. Can someone let me know how to get a long lean body without putting on muscle mass. And how to lose some of my butt.

petra...welcome to FT.

You can't spot reduce...only way to lose inches overall is to lose them everywhere. Get you a workout program from here and do some cardio and watch your diet very closely. There's no immediate overnight fix for this. To do it right and keep it off it needs to be done right.

Cardio, cardio, and more cardio, coupled with a good diet will probably get you where you want to go. Stay away from stair climbers or incline type cardio. There now get started you lazy internet junky :)
