Has anyone used one? I stumbled upon an ad about one on the web, and wondered if it's just a quack or something actually kind of like having your back cracked occassionally.
i don't know if they are actually good for you or not (i have read alot of conflicting articles) but i will say they feel amazing. i have been thinking about investing in one as well.
