Hello, I have started at our local Gym and been doing 3 days weights 3 days cardio for 3 weeks (6 days a week)
Weights are 2 Sets, 12 - 15 Reps, about 10 Machines Cardio 45 min on Bikes, X-Trainer, Rower etc
I am 120kgs and have to much fat, I also have muscle so I'm not Really Fat
My Question is, Over the last 3 weeks I have been eating more healthy, and working out heaps but have only lost 1.5kgs..
Do you think I have gained Muscle thats why the scales don't show more of a loss?
I have read on this Forum that is hard to gain Muscle and lose fat at the same time, would you reccomend that I just do 6 days cardio until I get to a lower fat %
