Thanks to everyone has helped we out. I never realized working out could be so addicting!!! Anyhow, all the FT workouts for thighs and glutes, don't really include inner thighs, any ideas. And really stupid question, i know you need to rest muscles...but doing heavy cardio everyday is ok right?

NO. If you want to build and keep muscle, heavy cardio every day is defeating. When you do squats, lunges, leg presses, you are actually working the entire upper leg, but you can tweak some of those to concentrate more on your inner thigh. You can do plie squats, legs wide apart and toes pointed out. I usually hold a pretty heavy dumbell in front of my body while doing these. When doing the leg press, use the upper platform and again use a wide stance with toes pointed out. If your gym has an adductor/abductor machine that also is for the hip/thigh area.

Lunges, any type will involve inner thighs also.
