Mayris - we need a little more info to help you.

What type of cardio are you doing?

i jog, and run for about 20 min. then i use the slider for another 20 min and sometimes i jump rope. my shoes are new and also the problem is that i dont have an arch. I do have those pads for my shoes and they do feel better. But when i started i didnt, and i think i was running the wrong way. that was last year and they did started to hurt, but when i felt better i started doing the same workout. now the pain comes and goes.
