Many of you have already heard that decline bench is awesome for chest development; many of you haven't. I was reading an article on this subject in the July 2001 edition of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine - page 156. It says that according to an electromyogram (EMG), decline bench hits the chest harder than any other excercise. It does not involve your anterior delts much at all like flat bench will. I normally don't incorporate decline in my routine but I tried it today (replacing flat bench). Since its a power exercise I did it first, then continued with my other chest excercises. I just want to encourage EVERYONE to try decline with some good heavy weight (I went up to 245 for 4 good reps on my 5th set, then negatives); I promise you will have the best pump in your life!

No replies neccessary...... Just wanted to let you guys know how awesome decline really can be.
