hey, i'm on the process of mass gaining, thus i've increased my food consumption, however after a feww weeks into it, i notice the more i eat the more hungry i become. i did some investigation about the reason for this and i foud out that it is so because my metabolism is increasing and that my body is adapting to this process. my question is, is it a good or bad thing that my metabolism is increasing? please give reasons for your answers.

Good thing! This means that:
1) Your body will continually burn calories (this means you will drop your bodyfat) 2) Have increased energy, even during your sleep 3) Your body is being provided with the necessary nutrients needed for muscle mass 4) You'll be able to meet your goals
I'm sure there are more reasons, but do you need more?
