i was wondering if anyone uses incline skull crushers in the workout? i've seen a few people do them but was wondering if anyone has tried em or if it's worth incorporating into an arm routine.

It hits the muscle from a different angle. It's just like doing flat bench and a few weeks later doing incline bench.

Don't worry about training upper vs. lower tricep, train the whole thing, heavy. Do some dips, and close grip bench. They work wonders for mass.

I personally am too big to do a dip yet so I have done skulls on flat bench but by far the easiest form wise and to incorporate with your routine is close grip bench...I do them real close (hands on outside of middle bar grip) and keep a strict form It got my tris popping
