Thanks, that's what I thought. I know back in April, I went ahead and worked out but I was not working as heavy as I am now. I will talk to my trainer tonight about it. He is supposed to be setting up a new diet for me so maybe we can just go over that tomorrow night. Thanks again.

ABSolutely. After giving the blood, your body has to generate alot of electrolyts, and other minerals. I would suggest you eat something sweet after, and also get some protein. Glad to see you are a donater.

No problem!! I work for a VERY large law firm in Houston and it was funny yesterday one of our Senior Partners came in at the same time I was their and he told them "up front" that after giving blood he cannot stand up, he will FALL down. He is a big man, probably 6'3", 225 lbs and nobody wanted to pick him up!! But he gave blood and everyone watched him closely, he laid on the bed for about 20 minutes and then sat their for about 10 minutes, then he got up and walked to the chair by me. I had worked directly with him in the past so I had to tease him about it. But he said he will keep giving blood!!!! Now that is commitment!!!
