Has anyone heard of or better yet tried Brad Callen's "Image transformation Weight Loss System"? His book - Ultimate Weight Loss Revealed, claims an individual will drop 30 lbs per month.
I seriously doubt an average person would lose 30lbs in a month. Most would be water weight and I still dont think you would come close to 30lbs in a month. Maybe in 4-5 months is a little more reasonable to lose 30lbs of fat.
Sounds scary...
I wouldn't trust it myself. But that's only a personal opinion.
I've actually found this site to be more beneficial than any book to "program" I've tried before.
As everyone probably knows now I swear by the fitness programs and nutritional tracker on this site.
But that's just me!
