Well,Its been 2 weeks and I'm still smoke free :) Had a few rough days of it but I know I'm going to be okay! I am eating like a big ole' pig though...lol. Oh well, one thing at a time. I have started back at the gym too so hopefully I wont put on too much fat...lol. Im gonna give myself one more week and then get strict again with my eating habits...wish me luck ! :)

Way to go! Getting that poison out of your system is one of the best things you can do for yourself! Keep it up and don't worry about a little weight gain since you've started back at the gym.

If your kicking the cigs, don't sweat the eating for a while, and just work on those @#$% cigs. You can always take weight off, but it's hard to put lung back on !

I'm using the patch....I've used it before and still smoked. Whats different this time is I really want to quit.

Thats the key wanting to quit, took me three times before I got. My 6 month anniverary of being smoke free is next week. If you ever need an ear to listen to ya feel free any time. What ever it takes to stay smoke free

Thanks Sempai,So how do you feel since you've quit??? Doesn't food taste so much better(not sure if this is a good or bad thing...lol). I think you should go out next week and buy yourself a present :) something you've wanted for a long time, You certainly deserve it!!! Congradulations!!!!!!!!!!!

Well thanks dayzee and I am looking at a new boat. as far as food taste I really havent noticed much difference the main thing I have noticed is my sence of smell is much better, and I dont get winded near as bad and recovery time is much improved
