Well, I am not trying to bodybuild, but, i thought you all might be able to help me. I have been on a good diet for the past month, eating normal foods and meals. I have lost 10 pounds and would like to lose 10 more. I just had a major fallback though, this morning i binged(something i haven't done for weeks!!!) Will this make me gain weight back? What should I do for the next couple of days so that this doesnt interrupt my so-far successful dieting????????????

Welcome to FT... okay, once in a while you'll fall off the wagon.. get back back, dust yourself off, and hop back on... the worst thing you can do is say, 'well, I'm off now, so bring on the potato chips...'
Falling off the wagon happens to the best of us... don't despair or lose site of your goal because of it.
