People on here say that it is not true that just cause you workout hard, you don't need to eat more food. Well I read that on here.. but anyway, I don't know I seem to be a lot more hungry all the time since I've started working out. Is it in my head?!

I agree the more muscle I have built the greater my appetite. It takes energy to fuel the animal.

ou probbly need to incraese your calories a little because you have added some muscle. Increase your lean protein intake and see if that helps.

I know my appetite has grown since I've started working out... eat up! Just eat well...

yes, I agree with mmaibohm. I feel like I need to eat all the time. That is what's so great about the "eat every two hours" theory. I really DO eat all the time. If you can't make it the two hours, drink some water. This usually helps me.
