k well i have been doing the program on this site that was assigned to me and it is almost done the full 8 weeks this week... so should i take a week off working out and then what do i do after? do i continue the same workout routine? and i am also on creatine so how will a week off effect me?

After your 8 weeks change to a different program, this keeps your body guessing (always a good thing) and also helps prevent you getting bored.

Don't worry about your week off - you will be growing muscle during this time.

Yup... it's good to take a week off after about eight weeks or so... your muscles will still grow on the week off...
