I'm sure this is always asked, but I just joined now so here goes:

1. I do 50 situps a day to work my abs, and 50 curls to work my biceps. Is this good or should I change something? I'm 14, 120 lbs, 6 ft

2. I chose 12 week ab workout, but where can I see it? There is nothing about abs in my exercise program. I am only interested in abs and secondly biceps at this time.

Why do you want to be so lop-sided? Abs, Biceps: what about the rest of your body? You need not only some variety, but some over all training as well. Your muscles every where will best respond if you do more than two muscle groups, especially at your age.

OK, so if I just follow the program on this site that will work good? But still there's no ab workout listed anywhere under there even though I chose 12 week ab workout...why?

Go to your training shedule, and then go to the bottom of the page and press on 12 week abs program. You will then see what kind of exercises you should be doing. And i am the same age as you and rev8ball is right, you should be concentrating on your whole body not only on biceps and abs!!!!
