If you want to go by health charts an ideal weight would be between 145-165, now here is the but....if you are weight training, it is different. For instance, I am 5'7" I weigh 178 lbs. According to the doctors charts I am overwieght but it is lean muscle mass considering my bf% is 13. It's a very broad answer. It all depends what you are looking for.

No chart takes into account muscle mass. lean tissue weighs more than fat, so alot of very muscular folks fit into the overweight, even obese category. So your answer is we cannot give you one, unless you want to be "average". If so, carivan is right on what your weight should be.
