I am still only 18 but I just want to lose about 20 pounds. I used to be skinnier and now I just feel fat and ugly. I joined here but I am having trouble figuring everything out. for example, how do i start a fitness program? I would just like someone to explain and be there to answer questions for me. it would be nice :)

All depends what kind of program you are looking for. There is a toning and lean mass program on here. That might help.
Fill in the info and see if it's ok for you. Do you go to a gym? Or work out at home? BTW...welcome to freetrainers danyells.

1 Go to the FT profile and Inbox section...fill it out.
2 Go to Exercise programs , look them over and fill that out.3 Go to the nutritiona section and do the same.
Is that what you mean??
Welcome here.

Don't ever feel stupid. ASK!! No need to join pro except there are lots of benifits. After you input your info click on exercise program and there you go.

Are you getting paid commission on trim spa or what?
eating right will give you energy, exercising will give you energy. Being in good health will give you energy.
What is in Trim Spa? Caffiene? green tea extract? Ma huang? What is giving you that energy?

Danyells,
How much did you pay to join this gym?
Get your money's worth and insist on an induction
You can injure yourself if you haven't been shown how to use the machines properly (and you could probably sue the gym!) - Just remind them of this if they seem reluctant!

No supplements, but a daily vitamin. I would talk to people before using something like trimspa

Danyells......princesslodgey said it right. "Get your money's worth and insist on an induction " Most gyms give you an intro to all the equipment. Especially now with all the high tech programs on the machines, also the point of safety. Very important not to get hurt.

yah well one time i asked a guy that works at my gym and he told me about the trainers they have but i dont have that kind of money. so now i just do what i know how to do.
i dont know if i would trust any kind of pill like that. im always worried about whats in them and the side effects. is there even such thing as a healthy energy or diet pill? i mean one that is not bad for you?

Forget the pills! Email me here, tell me what kind of machines you have and I'll try and get you in the right direction.
