Okay im 15 and i am skinny and i am pretty storng but you cant tell and i dont have any wieghts or stuff like that at home to make me more muscular so is there any execise i can do that can make me get more ummm musculer i guess thanks alot
I believe there are programs here that allow for training at home without equipment. Check out the exercise program area of this site. Push ups and situps, calf raises and many other various exercises can be done using your body weight as a resistance. Good luck to you
