ive been going to ft occasionally for the past year or so...and since ive joined the marine corps ive neglected to visit. I'm 5'8 amd 165lbs, ive set a goal for myself im in iraq right now ill be comeing home in march so a couple more months, we've got a gym here so i have access to both free weights and machines. Since pt is almsot a daily thing i nthe marine corp i never took weightlifting seriously, but for the past couple of months since ive been in country(iraq) ive been working out 3-4 times a week, working out my arms, chest and abs and cardio.
Like i said ive set a goal for myself, i want that beach body, i dont want to be all big and bulge but i want an overall tone body.
so i ask the professionals that's been weighttraining for years to help me come up with a workout plan that i can follow to accomplish my goals, exercises, reps, sets and days would really help. I can train 5-6 days a week, but sometimes mission comes up and i wont get a chance to train that day. So please help me my weight guru friends!

What you're asking for is already setup. Hit the Fitness Plan tab at the top of the page. It only takes a minute to setup the plan and you can do it for as many days as you want.

That 'beach body' takes work as well as someone wanting to be 'big and bulky'. It is achieved with proper diet and weight training. Mike directed you to a great start. Once you get your routine, post it and we can help you further.

I did not know a beach body only consisted of arms, chest and abs.
