Have no more than 2 alcoholic beverages per week
After a 3 month hiatus (and 10lb weight gain) I am starting over tomorrow. I've got these pledges posted in places I'll see them every day- mirror, fridge door, car... I lost almost 40 lbs last summer and I know I can get back on track. The past 2 months I have had an intense class schedule and worked 40 hours which literally left me no time to get to the gym. Now 2 classes are done and I have time again. So I officially recommit myself to getting healthy! Wish me luck!!
