I need your opinions Men and women......

ok...im 16 (17 next month) and im 6 foot 260 lbs....

and believe it or not....im actually a great basketball player...but im tired of being this shape cuz i get tired to damn quickly....people dont notice it on the offensive side....but i dont play defense that hard later in the game cuz i get tired...and plus im slow...i dont catch the ball right on fast breaks...

so i decided to lose weight...and im really serious bout doing it to...

hers my workout plan

Mondays & Tuesdays:
Triceps and biceps and forearms

Tuesdays * Wendnesdays:
Chest & Shoulders

Friday & Saturday:
Back & Legs-calves

Sunday Off

But ima run everyday as much as i can.....and work do 100 situps everday....

and with food...high protein meal with low carbo...and no snacks and candy and soda....and no eating after 7....

how much weight do u guys think i will lose by the end of the summer? (august 31st) if i keep this going everyday?

and one more question.....yes i am fat and yes i got them fatty tities lol...

but im working out my chest and realized that my fatty breasts are going down...but my mother keeps telling me that if i dont get it sweating down there that my fatty breasts will get bigger and look like i have Boobs lol...i know that sounds funny...but i dont know...u guys seem like you got the answer.....

remember how much weight u guys think i will lose

WELL I WOULD NOT RUN EVERDAY MAYBE 3 OR 4 TIMES A WEEK DO NOT DO SITUPS EVERDAY FOR THE STOMACH MUSCLES NEED TO RECOVER LIKE ANY OTHER MUSCLE HERES WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS SIGN UP FOR A FT PROGRAM AND FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE AND LET THE MODERATORS HELP YOU JUST MY 2 CENTS.........

Hey there are going fine. I still get that weird head thing when doing the incline bench press, but I have learned to live with it. Otherwise, it looks like I may just be able to lose my tummy fat in the next couple of months and my arms look pretty nice, at least that's what my b-friend said. How are you doing?

aight then ill start a program....but what program? where are the moderators to help me? and how much weight u think i will lose by august 31st?

Try any program you want, maybe the gain muscle mass one and just do cardio 4 or 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Also, remember that nutrition is very important. Check out the nutrition program FT assigns to you after you choose your program and use it as a rough guideline. I think it would be hard for anyone to tell how much weight you are going to lose by August 31st. Usually when I first start a weight loss program, the fat comes off quickly at first and slower afterwards. I think 1 to 2 pounds a week would be a good guesstimate.

Ivan, slow down!

To get your weight down will take some time. Plan on averaging about 1 pound per week. I'll let you do the math on how much by Aug 31.

Sign up for the FT Tone weight program, and the weight loss nutrition program. Start out doing cardio for 15 minutes, 3 times per week. Work your way up to 30 minutes 3 times per week. You may also look into taking some E/C/A stacks to assist with increasing your metabolism. (You can read all about E/C/A in the FT Community/Related Articles, or use the search option for E/C/A, Hydroxycut, or Ripped Fuel.) Personally I use Ripped Fuel, and have had some success with it.

Welcome to ft, Ivan! Listen to what the others have already said. First, you don't need to work out the same body parts back-to-back. That's just overtraining and you won't gain a thing. Sign up for an FT program to get you going with a better workout schedule.

Next, work on your diet. Use FTs nutritional tracker. Last, do cardio...at least 3x per week.

wait hold on....im not getting this work out thing....and plus it seems so little to do..... football is in august and i want to get bigger....

i mean im getting bigger but i want to get more bigger...and lose the weight....
