Hey i am trying to lose maybe 50 pounds for a start i am 5'2 and i weigh 216 i am only 19 years old and i just want to fit in. I have tried alot of things to lose weight but icant seem to stick to it so is there any workout plans that are fast and easy that i can get started with. Something easy to keep me wanting to do it.
