I need structure!!

Hello,
I go to the gym 5 days a week, do about 35 - 45 min of cardio each day. My problem is I need a structured schedule for my weight training. I really want to weight train and I have a bit but nothing consistent.
Anyone have any suggestions for me?
I like challenging myself to trying new things.
My body needs something different, i have hit a plateau.

Sign up for one of the FT programs, they are very very effective and completely structured out for you, you don't have to think at all.

There are a lot of good programs here - look under the exercise program button at the top left of your screen!
You can choose a workout goal, print out your workout and go!
