I am around 240lbs and 6'3 I consider myself strong, but I want to be stronger. I have a little extra fat as well which I want to loose, the things I have are A home gym with leg extension,140 lbs weight, and everything besides peck deck,I also have about 120 pounds of free weight. I live in a small town with about 800 people and I need some help designing a program which can help me loose weight and still gain muscle mass, aneyone who can help me I would be very aprecative.

You have come to the right site. Go to FT's execise programs and choose the one for working out at home.
(if you got enough equipment at home you can just pick up an other one of the great ex programs)

Easy as that.

read through the nutrition section too. Keep a food log for a week (write down everything) and see how many calories you are consuming and the breakdown of fat/carb/fat. Then come back here and we will help you out. You can even e-mail me your diet and I will figure it out for you if you need help!

Thanks, I'll sign up to home workout instead of mass gain program. I'll try to regulate my diet to thanks.
