Hello everyone. I need advising, please please help me.
I am aware that it take quite a bit of time to see our bodies change, however I am wondering if my activies will produce the results of a toned body. My goal is to become slender, lean, strong, and to build confidence.

Here is what I do, and I have been doing it for a little over a month, mind you I just incorportated training into my program.
Profile:
18 year
5'0
28% Bodyfat
I weighed July 3, 07: 151
I weigh August 17,07: 144

Monday: hip-hop class + 20min cardio
Tuesday: training + 20 min cardio
Wednesday: 30 min cardio
Thursday: training + 20 min cardio
Friday: 30 min cardio
Saturday: training + 20 min cardio
Sunday: rest

My diet on a typical day (yesterday)
Breakfast: oatmeal + fruit
snack: peach + shreaded wheat
Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat bread + boiled egg
snack: apple
Dinner: blackeyed peas + brown rice and cooked broccli
snack: dried cranberries

I drink 1.5 liters water a day.
Why am I not seeing changes, other that clear skin, more energy, and definition in leg region. I want to see my body slim, can someone please help me!

LOL "Why am I not seeing changes, other that clear skin, more energy, and definition in leg region."

I would call that cahnges, plus your weight is down 7 pounds...You are doing fine.

Add a little protein to each meal/snack - that way the carbs will be less impactive to your blood sugar and you are less likely to store them as fat.

Dried cranberries are kind of a high sugar snack for the evening. Have a couple scrambled eggs or some cottage cheese instead. You could add some veggies in at most of your meals/snacks to bring your fiber intake up - I don't see much for vegetables other than the broccoli. Eat more salad and cut-up veggies.

Thank you asimmer. I guess the small changes that I'm seeing are significant to my overall weight loss trek, and yes i do feel good.

Appreciate the advise, I will add more veggies in my diet in order to maximize my success. I kinda figured that the veggies should either balance or outweigh the fruit.

Great tips.. THANK YOU!!!
