i need help on my body and calories

hi, im 6'0 and 215 pounds, i have lost 70 pounds already and im lookin to be atleast 170 pounds, first off, i might have losed a lot of weight but i still have fat on my breast area, how do i get to flatten my breasts again, and then, my belly, what exercises do i need to do to atleast flatten it, and then, the sides of my belly, how do i flatten it too, and whats the daily calorie intake for me to lose more weight

since you can't spot reduce without a doctor - overall fat lost so either add more muscle to burn more fat or up the cardio but several people have said that pilates have helped flatten the abs but you still have to get rid of the fat on top of them.

I read that the rule of thumb is 15 x how much you wieght for male weight lost - try that for a week & see how it works (women is 10 x weight)
